In 2013, both companies relocated to Erl and Senn Immobilien GmbH was founded for the newly acquired real estate and properties. At the same time, Senn Beteiligungs GmbH was founded and has since acted as the parent company for the individual group companies.

In 2017 and 2018, the companies Gasser GmbH and Ceratec GmbH were acquired, as the previous owners had no successors and the products perfectly complemented the SENN Group's product portfolio. Since 2022, both companies have also relocated to Erl.

In 2018, the first extension to Hall A in Erl took place. This enabled us to increase our high-bay storage capacity by a further 1800m2.

During the pandemic, further parts of the businesses of Wystrach Gießereitechnik and Active Feuerfest were taken over and integrated into the businesses of Ceratec GmbH and Gasser GmbH.

Senn Kraftwerke GmbH was founded at the end of 2021 as part of the acquisition of the Trockenbach Erl power plant. Since then, all of the SENN Group's energy-generating activities have been consolidated within this company. In addition to hydropower, we focus primarily on photovoltaics. In total, between 1.5 and 2 million kWh of sustainable electricity can be produced in this way.

Sinteca HandelsgmbH was founded in Vienna in 1984 under the company name Aladin and has been involved in the distribution of plain bearings, stainless steel plant components, and sintered filters ever since. Sinteca has been part of the SENN Group since the beginning of 2022. From 2023, the product portfolio will also include the distribution of technical maintenance products and mechanical seals from Chesterton. Unlike the other companies, Sinteca is based in Klosterneuburg, Lower Austria. Sinteca is a 90% subsidiary of the SENN Group.

In 2023, the new HE production and storage hall was opened. Covering a total of 3500 m2, it provides additional production space for the manufacture of expansion joints and the new product range of metal parts for internal use and contract manufacturing. In addition, the high-bay storage capacity is also being expanded.

Since October 2023, Senn Logistik GmbH has been supporting the group in internal and external logistics matters. In addition to full truckloads and scheduled deliveries, we also offer LTL and sprinter services for third-party customers and our own needs.

At the end of 2023, the vermiculite manufacturer K. Hoffmann GmbH in Plettenberg was added to our group. This enables us to significantly expand our expertise in the field of vermiculite materials (pressed parts, CNC-milled molded parts, and plates).
