Following the flushing of the main power plant basin in 2024, a new stock of fish was released in July 24.
In a joint action with the local professional fisherman and our colleagues, young brown trout were recently released into the power plant basin. This measure aims to strengthen the natural fish population and promote ecological balance.
The brown trout, a fish native to our region, plays an important role in the ecosystem. It not only serves as a food source for other animals, but also helps to regulate the insect population. By releasing young trout, we help to support the natural population.
