Acquisition of K. Hoffmann GmbH

We are pleased to inform you that the SENN Group has successfully acquired K. Hoffmann GmbH from Plettenberg on 1 December 2023. With over 40 years of experience in the field of vermiculite, K. Hoffmann GmbH is a respected manufacturer and enjoys an excellent reputation for quality and reliability.

This significant development strengthens our position in the industry and opens up new opportunities for growth and innovation. Through the acquisition, we will continue the legacy and expertise of K. Hoffmann while expanding our own offering. In addition to our proven vermiculite milled parts, we will now be able to utilise K. Hoffmann's wide range of high-quality vermiculite pressed parts.
