    S-MILK STAR

    Einsatzbereich: 

    • Milchsammelwagen- und Lebensmittelschlauch mit hochzähen, synthetischen Gewebeeinlagen und 2 Stahldrahtspiralen,  NR-Gummi-Seele (weiß, glatt, Lebensmittelqualität) und abriebfester, ozonbeständiger EPDM-Decke.

    • Die Schlauchseele ist völlig frei von Phthalaten, Weichmachern und tierischen Derivaten.

    • Für Molkereiprodukte, fetthaltige Nahrungsmittel, Bier, Wein, Alkohol bis 96%, Fruchtsäfte usw.

    • Der Schlauch ist leich und felxibel und deshalb besonders leicht zu handhaben. Nicht geeigenet für Verbindungen unter 2m.

    • Temperaturbereich: -25 bis +80°C

    • Sterilisierung: Dampfreinigung bis +110°C maximal 10 Minuten oder chemisch bei +30°C mit 1% Peressigsäure, 2% Phosphorsäure oder 5% Natronlauge maximal 10 Minuten.

    • Betriebsdruck: 6 bar, 3-fache Sicherheit

    • Vakuum: 0,6 bar (NW 76+102 0,5 bar)

    • Farbe: Seele weiß, Decke blau
