For our dispatch and transport team at SENN Logistik GmbH in Erl, we are looking for a Transport Manager / Dispatcher (m/f/d). You plan and steer the daily traffic across the DACH region, Italy and Benelux – from route planning and freight sourcing to the commercial optimisation of utilisation and costs.

€ 4,350 gross/month · full-time

Your tasks
- ● Daily route and assignment planning for our own fleet and carriers
- ● Dispatching and handling of transport orders across DACH, Italy and Benelux
- ● Sourcing freight capacity via freight exchanges and our own partner network
- ● Selecting, negotiating with and managing carriers and subcontractors
- ● Price calculation, quotation and optimisation of utilisation and transport costs
- ● Ongoing communication with drivers, customers and transport partners
- ● Monitoring transit times and ensuring high fleet utilisation

You bring with you
- ● Experience in dispatching, freight forwarding or transport an advantage – motivated career changers are welcome too
- ● Organisational talent and enjoyment of fast-paced day-to-day work
- ● Cost and service awareness as well as negotiating skills
- ● Good IT skills
- ● Strong communication skills and team spirit
- ● Good German and English; Italian, Dutch or further languages an advantage
