Chesterton 860 Kit is an innovative, moldable polymer flat gasket for demanding industrial applications. The two-part, extrudable gasket material enables the formation of extremely thin gaskets of any size and shape without sticking to surfaces. The high-quality polymer formulation offers excellent resistance to oils, water, chemicals and solvents. The material reliably fills voids and scratches up to 6 mm deep and remains permanently elastic. With a temperature resistance of -51°C to 260°C and vapor resistance up to 6.8 kg/cm² (100 psi) at 170°C, Chesterton 860 Kit is ideal for sealing complex mechanical assemblies such as transmission housings, inspection hatches, bearing housings, fittings, oil pans and tanks, turbine housings, electrical switch boxes and vacuum systems. The ease of application and reliable sealing performance make it the first choice for maintenance and repair work in industry.
