Your tasks
- ● Monitoring the activities of turning - milling - edging - (robot) welding - laser cutting
- ● Planning and monitoring the deployment of personnel, machines, tools and equipment
- ● Coordinating, prioritizing and scheduling production, repair and maintenance orders
- ● Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and time specifications
- ● Technical coordination with internal departments and external customers
- ● Ensuring the operational readiness of machines, vehicles or equipment
- ● Documenting the work carried out and handing it over to the accounting department
- ● Guidance, instruction and development of workshop employees

You bring with you
- ● Completed training in a technical or skilled trade with a master craftsman's certificate or equivalent qualification
- ● Several years of professional experience in a managerial role, e.g. as a team leader, foreman or shift supervisor
- ● Sound knowledge of production and process engineering as well as production control
- ● Experience in work and personnel scheduling
- ● Organizational talent, leadership skills and assertiveness
- ● High sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- ● Good knowledge of German (at least level B1)
