Application:
Food-grade rubber hose, specially developed for high-proof alcoholic beverages.
Particularly suitable for transporting liquids with a high alcohol concentration up to 98%, such as liqueurs, grappa, whisky, brandy, vodka and other spirits - the optimal hose for use in distilleries.
Suction and delivery hose.
Advantages:
The hose core is completely free of phthalates, plasticisers and animal derivatives. The risk of bacterial growth is thereby significantly reduced and there is no danger of contaminating the conveyed medium.
The completely odour- and taste-neutral hose core was specially developed for conveying wine and fine spirits and prevents contamination of the conveyed medium by detachment of hose residues. As a result, the original organoleptic properties of the medium are retained.
Construction:
Inner layer:
UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), light colour, odour- and taste-neutral, mirror-smooth. Compliant with the standards FDA, D.M. 21/03/73 and subsequent amendments, as well as Reg. EU 10/2011.
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile inlays. Built-in steel helix and embedded copper wires. Hose cover: Synthetic rubber, smooth, cloth-marked, resistant to abrasion and weathering. Temperature range:
From -35°C to +90°C, depending on the flow medium;
temperature peaks up to +130°C during sterilisation for a maximum of 30 minutes.
