    S-WB STAR CL

    Sold by the metre, the maximum length of one piece is 40m.

    Application:

    • Food hose, specially developed to meet the demanding needs of the beer industry.

    • Suitable for conveying raw, pasteurised and organic beer, high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as quality wine.

    • Suction and delivery hose with light suction performance.

    Advantages:

    • The special structure is completely free of phthalates, plasticisers and animal derivatives. The risk of bacterial growth is thereby significantly reduced.

    • Thanks to its particularly robust structure, the hose is ideal for loading and unloading processes in beer breweries.

    • The composition of the hose cover guarantees optimal ageing resistance.

    Construction:

    Hose core: BIIR rubber (code 90FDA), light colour, mirror-smooth,  food grade, odour- and taste-neutral

    Reinforcement: Synthetic textile inlays

    Hose cover: CR rubber, red colour, smooth, cloth-marked, abrasion-, ozone- and weather-resistant

    Temperature range: From -40°C to +120°C; temperature peaks up to +130°C during sterilisation for max. 30 minutes.

    Safety factor: ≥ 3 times operating pressure.
