    Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Which sealing plates are suitable for high temperatures?

For high-temperature applications up to +550 °C, we recommend graphite gasket sheets such as Novaphit® or Klinger® graphite laminate. These materials retain their sealing function even under extreme temperatures and pressure conditions.

Are there sealing plates for chemically aggressive media?

Yes. PTFE seals such as Novaflon® or Klinger® Top-Chem are particularly resistant to chemicals and ideal for acids, alkalis, and solvents.

What thicknesses and sizes are the sealing plates available in?

We supply sheet goods in various thicknesses and formats – individually cut to customer requirements.

Which brands does KS Kneissl & Senn Technologie offer?

We carry seals from Klinger and Frenzelit, the leading manufacturers of industrial sealing technology.
