Back-office Staff, Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Erl Full-time immediately from € 43,000 (full-time basis - according to qualifications - overpayment possible)
Your tasks
- General administrative activities in day-to-day business
- Order processing and handling in the forwarding sector
- Creating and checking shipping and freight documents
- Communication with customers, drivers and partner companies
- Deadline monitoring and shipment tracking
- Data maintenance and documentation in our systems
- Support with scheduling and route planning
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training (e.g. forwarding, office, industry) or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in logistics/forwarding is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Structured and careful way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German (other languages an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
