Your tasks
- Managing and expanding international customer relationships in the field of conveyor chains and chain systems
- Providing technical and commercial consulting to existing customers (by phone and on-site)
- Actively acquiring new customers with a focus on industrial applications of chain solutions
- Planning and conducting customer visits and presenting customized solutions
- Conducting sales negotiations through to successful closure
- Processing technical inquiries, preparing quotes, and reporting
You bring with you
- Strong customer focus and ability to work well in a team
- In-depth knowledge of conveyor chains, drive chains, or related products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Good command of German and English
- Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Enjoyment of teamwork and technical sales
