The lubricator type GL is a fully automatic and very robust lubricator that automatically supplies lubricant to a wide variety of lubrication points over a fixed period of time.
Time-consuming checking and relubrication is therefore no longer necessary.
GL contains 120 cm3 of lubricant, which can be dispensed for periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. We have selected only high-quality lubricants with large performance reserves for GL.
The GL lubricator is activated by screwing the colored start cap into the base of the lubricator. The color of the start cover is the same color as the pre-assembled activation screw. When the start cover is screwed in, the pre-assembled activation screw is automatically screwed in as well and presses a gas generator into the sealed reaction diaphragm. The membrane contains an electrolyte liquid that triggers a galvanic reaction at the gas generator. The lubricant is dispensed at constant rates.
