Electric pump for single-line operation with throttle valve intermittently pumps light to medium machine and chain oils at max. 1 bar. The pump is controlled either directly via an existing machine control unit or via the freely programmable time control of the cycle and pulse generator. The pump lubricators are supplied as ready-to-connect assembly units.
2 operating modes for all electric pump lubricators:
Pulsating continuous operation
On time 0.5s to max. 90s
Within this range, pulsating continuous operation ED = 100% is guaranteed if the off-time is at least the same time as the set on-time.
Pulsating short-time operation
On time 0.5s to max. 150s
Within this range, the off-time must be at least twice as long as the set on-time ED = 50%. From 0.5s to 90s, the off-time must be at least as long as the set on-time.
Type EPO: Contents 100 ml and 460 ml
Type EPO3: Contents 1000 ml, 2000 ml and 3000 ml
Type EPO9: Capacity 5000 ml and 9000 ml
