To strengthen our team at the Erl site, we are looking for the earliest possible start date for a Production Manager Metal (m/f/d) Erl Full-time immediately from € 60,000 (full-time basis - according to qualifications - overpayment possible)

Your tasks

  • ● Monitoring the activities of turning - milling - edging - (robot) welding - laser cutting
  • ● Planning and monitoring the deployment of personnel, machines, tools and equipment
  • ● Coordinating, prioritizing and scheduling production, repair and maintenance orders
  • ● Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and time specifications
  • ● Technical coordination with internal departments and external customers
  • ● Ensuring the operational readiness of machines, vehicles or equipment
  • ● Documenting the work carried out and handing it over to the accounting department
  • ● Guidance, instruction and development of workshop employees

You bring with you

  • ● Completed training in a technical or skilled trade with a master craftsman's certificate or equivalent qualification
  • ● Several years of professional experience in a managerial role, e.g. as a team leader, foreman or shift supervisor
  • ● Sound knowledge of production and process engineering as well as production control
  • ● Experience in work and personnel scheduling
  • ● Organizational talent, leadership skills and assertiveness
  • ● High sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • ● Good knowledge of German (at least level B1)
