To strengthen our team at our Erl location, we are seeking an Inside Sales / Back Office Representative (m/f/d) to join KS Kneissl & Senn Technologie GmbH in Erl as soon as possible. Full-time, starting immediately, with a salary starting at €38,000 (full-time basis - depending on qualifications - higher pay possible)

Your tasks
- ● Preparing, calculating, and following up on quotes
- ● Providing telephone and written support to our existing customers
- ● Recording and processing customer inquiries through to order confirmation
- ● Submitting inquiries to international suppliers and tracking deadlines in coordination with the purchasing department
- ● Preparing documents, prices, and customer history for the field sales team

You bring with you
- ● Completed commercial training
- ● Experience in order processing or sales is a plus
- ● Good written and spoken English skills
- ● Good IT skills (MS Office)
- ● Technical understanding or a willingness to learn
- ● Independent, orderly way of working and quick comprehension skills
- ● Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
