Acquisition Giessereitechnik Wystrach GmbH & Co. KG

As of 10.1.2022, the subsidiary Gasser Gmbh has taken over the foundry technology business area from the company Giessereitechnik Wystrach GmbH & Co KG in Weeze.

Wystrach realigns the company and largely withdraws from the trade with products of foundry needs for B2B customers.
