    Application:

    • Flexible and easy-to-handle rubber hose, suitable for conveying high-quality liquid foods such as wine, must, cider and spirits with alcohol concentration up to 96%.

    • Mainly used in the wine sector.

    • Suction and delivery hose.

    • The structure was specially developed to withstand frequent pressure fluctuations. The hose is therefore ideal for conveying nitrogen and carbon dioxide in production and transport processes of sparkling wine and champagne.


    Advantages:

    • The hose core is completely free of phthalates, plasticisers and animal derivatives. The risk of bacterial growth is thereby significantly reduced and there is no danger of contaminating the conveyed medium.

    • The completely odour- and taste-neutral hose core was specially developed for conveying wine and fine spirits and prevents contamination of the conveyed medium by detachment of hose residues. As a result, the original organoleptic properties of the medium are retained.

    • The special construction of the hose guarantees maximum safety when transporting liquids with the addition of nitrogen and carbon dioxide.

    Construction:

    Hose core: Synthetic rubber (code 90BI), light, food grade, odour- and taste-neutral, smooth.
    Meets the standards FDA, D.M. 21/03/73 and later amendments. Inlays: Synthetic textile inlays. Built-in steel helix. Hose cover: Synthetic polymer, red, resistant to abrasion and weathering, smooth, cloth-marked. Temperature range:
    From -30°C to +80°C.
    Sterilisation up to +120°C for a maximum of 30 minutes. Safety factor: ≥ 3 times operating pressure.
